Tender description

Waterford Institute of Technology wishes to develop and deploy an Institute-wide CRM system, using Microsoft Dynamics. The CRM system will be used to: • Capture information on all engagements between the Institute and a wide range of external stakeholders; • Provide appropriate visibility of and access to this information to all interested parties across the Institute (including academic staff, research staff and management); • Support the planning of external engagements in a coordinated and efficient manner; • Provide accurate and searchable data to analyse the level and nature of contacts with external stakeholders for reporting and planning purposes; • Provide an appropriate level of automated communications with stakeholders.
