Counter Flow Pool with capacity for two independent swim currents

contra/counter flow stand alone pool to be housed on side deck of main swimming pool. We require space for two independent swim currents within pool of 13' x 14' minimum size. We need a flow rate of 100metre per 60 secs with capacity for adjustable rate of flow. Please include sand filter to allow filtration to max capacity of 50 swimmers use per day. For optimum use we require video analysis capabilities and required technology included. We require a minimum 5 year maintenance contract. Additionally we would require underwater swim mirror and floor mirror. Please supply running cost references from previous purchasers. Exterior stair kit with handrail.
