Tender description

This contract is to create a framework of service providers who will support the delivery of barrier removal, vocational training and progression to a sustained positive destination for unemployed and inactive participants with multiple barriers to employment. This support will target participants aged 16-64 years old who require intensive support to address barriers to employment which will include people with at least 2 of the following barriers to employment, defined by the Scottish Government.
