The provision of a specialist, trauma informed, Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service for Children in Care, which may include UASC, Children and Young People who have been Sexually Abused, Adopted, Care Leavers, Young People displaying harmful Sexual Behaviour and Children on Special Guardianship Orders (SGO’s). Derbyshire County Council led procurement in collaboration with Derby City Council and Derby and Derbyshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group. The service for Derby City is jointly funded by Derby City Council and Derbyshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group. The contribution from Derby City Council remains up to £0.233m each year. The contribution by the Derbyshire County Council and Derby and Derbyshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group has been formally confirmed as £0.200m each year.
