Tender description

CGFP are seeking to procure a range of system/services in relation to games management systems; these are: Lot 1: Workforce management and uniform management, Lot 2: Accreditation system (incl. guest pass), Lot 3: Access control system, Lot 4: Sports entries and qualifications, Lot 5: Competition schedule, Lot 6: Accommodation reservations and arrivals and departures systems, Lot 7: Medical services, pharmacy dispensing and treatment orders, Lot 8: Queen’s Baton Relay nominations and route operations, Lot 9: Games issue tracking, Lot 10: Learning management system, Lot 11: Optional event management solutions. Responses to the SQ will encompass all lots; later stages of the procurement may separate the lots into discreet packages.
