Tender description

You are invited to tender for a new business-led technology solution for the Land, Property and Public Services(LPPS) areas of Central Bedfordshire Council. We are looking to work in partnership with a flexible, forward thinking solution provider to deliver an integrated case management system that supports agile working and improves both the internal and external user experience. LPPS is comprised of four service areas: planning, building control, street naming and numbering and local land charges. These are demand-led legislative services that support the growth and development of Central Bedfordshire. In-line with the Local Plan, Central Bedfordshire will be growing by around 40 000 new homes in the next 15 years and ensuring that we have in place a customer focused and efficient business solution is integral to the development of Central Bedfordshire as a great place to live and work. In addition to a solution provider this ITT is for the services of an implementation partner to work alongside CBC to deliver the entire project. This comprises: — project initiation (Pre-delivery support and planning process), — implementation (Analysis, design/delivery/test), — cutover (Migration to early live running/early live support), — handover (Project go live), — close. Following implementation, the contract will cover ongoing licence and support costs.
