Soft Market Testing: Provision of All-Age Advocacy Services in the London Borough of Waltham Forest

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (“the Authority”) is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of an All-Age Advocacy Service in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The Authority is seeking a single provider who will be responsible for providing multiple forms of advocacy to multiple cohorts. This may include, subject to further engagement, independent mental health advocacy, independent mental capacity advocacy, care act advocacy, NHS complaints advocacy, and children’s advocacy. The service is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2021 for a period of three years with possible extensions, dependent on performance. This exercise is intended to assess the level of interest from potential providers, to provide the services outlined above, it is not part of a procurement process. Keywords: Advocacy Services
