Summary of the work Design and develop forms and workflows to automate the data capture and workflows. To build a solution for document management for critical business documents, linked to the ERP solution (Dynamics 365). O365 Technology stack : Sharepoint Online with Power Automate / Power Apps and/or Nintex. Specialist role Developer Expected Contract Length 6 months Latest start date Monday 3 August 2020 Who Speclialist Work With Technology Delivery team, Project team, 3rd party organisations involved in the digital transformation, business and process analysts, business applications specialists within the IT function. What Specialists Work On To build and implement SharePoint sites, Apps and Workflow solutions to deliver data and document management processes as part of the digital transformation. Skills & Experience • Proven experience of excellent functional & technical knowledge on the Microsoft cloud technologies (SharePoint Online, Azure, Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas Apps), CDS) • Referenceable experience of building sustainable and supportable SharePoint solutions with workflows (Power Automate and / or Nintex) • Good technical documentation skills • Good communication skills at all levels of the organisation, comfortable communicating technical information to a non technical audience Nice to Haves • Experience with PCF and Portals and Power BI • Azure DevOps for organizing and managing workload • Capable and happy to mentor and develop the technical skillset of the internal team and to handover activities as required • Experience of estimating, planning and delivering to timescales within the framework of projects Work Location Teddington - currently home working due to CV19 Working Arrangments Due to current restrictions, home working but able to return to working on site in Teddington when possible. Flexible working can be agreed. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed at cost. PowerApp Component Framework - it is not an essential skill, but something that is a nice to have. 8. Based on your backlog are you looking for a single developer or a team of developers to address the backlog for the 6 months? A single developer 9. Hello, re the panel question, I was wondering who you have on the panel that will be reviewing the skills matrix and scoring them. CCS rules state this must be 3 people from the business. There will be 2 project focussed representatives and a representative from the business applications team. 10. Post covid-19 remote working, it states that flexible working arrangements may be possible, can you clarify what example of FW you would consider/is possible? Additionally, is there a real possibility of remote working being made available with visits to onsite as and when required? We are all working remotely at the moment - flexible working & remote working is currently the norm. This is a deliverable based engagement and there will be a need to report and demonstrate progress regularly, Future on-site working would be likely only for 1-2 days a week (if at all). 11. What is the day rate for this position? The preferred day rate is £450 for a duration of 6 months. The maximum is £500 and would reduce the duration as there is a fixed budget.
