Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment

Tender description

Service for the medical engineering of assistive communication technology, associated products and accessories to Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. The providers shall deliver products and services specific to the need of the service as specified in the tender documents. The providers will: • supply mounts for communication aids, alternative access products and accessories from the agreed product list within 2 weeks from the receipt of orders excluding made to order products and if otherwise agreed with the Commissioner in writing before order confirmation; • provide risk assessments, manuals and agreed guidelines for mounting equipment; • maintain a record of products supplied; • inform CLCH NHS Trust of any product changes and updates; • be responsible for delivering all products ordered in line with legislation and good practice; • maintain up to date records to ensure effective ongoing service delivery and audit; • notify CLCH of any faulty or recalled products; • notify CLCH NHS Trust when a product currently is not in stock and its re-stocking date; • provide and update contact details.
