Tender description

This contract is to provide temporary staff to the Council to support the delivery of its services across its companies. This procurement is being run as two separate lots. Lot 1: Professional and Business Support; Lot 2: Housing, Property and Regulatory Services. Whilst this contract is being tendered by the Council, the following companies will be listed as users of the contract. • Oxford Direct Services Ltd, • Oxford City Housing Ltd. Professional and business support roles such as customer services officer, HR business partner, legal services manager, ICT service delivery analyst, revenues officer, business support officer, sales and marketing advisor, investigations officer, principle lead officer (Pollution Control). Housing, property and regulatory services roles such as building control surveyor, senior estates surveyor, development manager, senior planner, planner (planning policy), principal planner, planning policy team leader, heritage officer, property manager, housing development officer, estates surveyor, planning enforcement officer, environmental health officer.
