A Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) is required to assess HMRC's compliance against Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS). A Report of Compliance (ROC) and Attestation of Compliance (AOCs) are necessary to provide assurance to the major card brands confirming HMRC meet the required standards when taking payments by card, through our three payment channels.
