Tender description

NIE Networks wishes to establish framework agreement(S) (following award of this tender competition) for the Provision of Legal Services. This requirement is split into five Lots as follows: Lot 1 – Energy Specific Lot 2 – Northern Ireland Land and Property Lot 3 – Employment Lot 4 - Litigation, Health & Safety and Compliance Lot 5 – Procurement and Commercial • A maximum of four legal practices will be placed on a Framework Panel for each Lot; • NIE invites tenders for all of the above lots with no restrictions on the number of Lots that can be tendered for; • A separate tender submission is required for each Lot, and;
