Tender description

The council wishes to appoint a specialist team to help the Authority achieve its ambition to refresh the Borough Theatre for the future as a flexible and fit for purpose arts and entertainment venue suitable for presenting professional and community productions and events. The purpose of the commission is for the partner to bring the specialist skills and experience to bear to partner with Monmouthshire County Council in the design, construction and commissioning of the building improvement elements.
