Tender description

Cork ETB as a Contracting Authority (and a Framework Client in its own right) is the lead ETB for the formation of the framework and has agreed to manage this framework agreement on behalf of the sector. Individual ETBs (Framework Clients) will conduct mini-competitions and/or call-offs from the framework. Contract for Services This Framework covers the provision of project management (PM) services for construction related projects undertaken by Educational Trading Boards (ETBs) and will be based on a contract for services. Project Types Projects types include, but are not limited to, the following: • Major capital projects with a value over €7.5m; • Minor type works projects including school extensions between €1m and €7.5m; • Additional schools’ accommodation and temporary accommodation of a significant nature, complexity, size etc. over €1m; • Summer Works (SWS) and Emergency Works (EWG) with a contract value over €1m; and • Other projects deemed appropriate by ETBs. Be at senior project manager level, such that their expertise on all project related matters can be brought to bear on all communications and interactions with the ETB’s buildings team.
