Painting Scheme for Main Street, Cappoquin, Co. Waterford

Tender description

This tender is for the painting of facades on Main Street Cappoquin, Co. Waterford and comprises the following: Part 1, a Tender price to complete the painting of the twelve properties as outlined in Appendix A attached Part 2, a Tender price to complete the painting of the four example properties as outlined in Appendix B. Full details are included in the accompanying documents. The tender price for Parts 1 and 2 is to include: • All materials, plant and labour to complete the works. • Allow for fencing & protection of site & works during construction, where necessary. • Make good to all damage to existing masonry & plaster work. • Cart away all rubble & debris off site. • Access for works to be agreed with WCCC. • Price to include all transport and delivery costs. • Price to include all necessary scaffolding/hoists to complete the installation. • Price to include for PSCS duties.
