Contract No. CP19-10-NL1, North Leitrim Unfinished Housing Developments At Larkfield Manor, Manorhamilton, The Old Orchard, Manorhamilton & Oakfield Manor, Kinlough. The works to be carried out consist primarily of works to improve and make safe the listed estates. The Site Resolution Works will consist of the following: Construction of new sewer lines Removal of existing foul & surface water sewers and reconstruction of same Construction of surface water sewers – Construction of road gullies and manholes Internal remedial works to manholes Raising / lowering of Ironwork – Gulley gratings & manhole covers. Replacement of Ironwork Construction of new footpaths. Repair of existing footpaths. Repair of existing roadways. Repair of existing kerbing. Tarmacadam Works including New Repairs and Overlay Works Works to watermains. Installation of line marking & signage. Installation of fencing.
