Tender description

SONI’s current outsourced contract for processing payroll is reaching the end of term. SONI is seeking to appoint a single Tenderer to provide a payroll processing service to include the provision of HR information systems, fair employment and equality monitoring modules and auto-enrolment pension software and provision of on-line payslips for SONI staff. SONI will have on-site/remote access to both payroll and HR information and reporting systems, but data input will be part and parcel of the managed payroll provider. SONI currently employs around 130 staff in its Belfast office. It is anticipated that this number may rise gradually over the next 5 years to circa 150. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years with an option to extend annually for a further five years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the successful Tenderer.
