This site is a key priority for the Agency and involves various work streams and collaborative working is required with other Agency appointed consultants, internal and external stakeholders. This includes the Agency undertaking a “master developer” role in respect of the landholdings which it has acquired and working collaboratively with Consortium members to drive quality, value, sustainability and delivery at pace across the SUE. The masterplanner will need to consider existing and proposed new Social infrastructure – to identify the social infrastructure requirements of the potential development scenarios and to consider the interdependence with the existing social infrastructure provision in the area. The scope of the appointment is therefore to lead the preparation of the Site Wide masterplan, working in Partnership with the Midlands Design Review Panel, and co-ordinate the inputs from a range of sources including the Homes England Project Team (in-house and appointed consultants), Warwickshire County Council Officers, Rugby Borough Council Officers, and Consortium Members and their consultant teams. Should it be necessary for the appointed Masterplanner to manage the payment of Design Review Panel fees on behalf of the Agency, this will be confirmed as part of the appointment.
