Tender description
Direct award under Regulation 32 of the public contract regulation for a Sheffield Community Testing Service for Covid-19. Awarded under clause 32.2.c of the PCR regulations due to reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authority and the time limits for the open or restricted procedures or competitive procedures cannot be complied with. To supply services to the city of Sheffield for Covid-19 community testing contract to be let for an initial term of 12 months with a further option to extend for 6 months.
