"The agency is looking to purchase high molecular weight Kininogen deficient plasma and Prekallikrein deficient plasma for use in development of a WHO International Standard for sale/distribution. The requirement is divided in to two lots (Lot 1= High molecular Kininogen deficient plasma and Lot 2= Prekallikrein deficient plasma)" The requirement is for the agency's site(s) and delivery at: National Institute for Biological Standards and Control Blanche Lane, South Mimms, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 3QG, A Centre of the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency."
