Contract for the administrative, technical and financial services for the Biofuels Obligation Scheme

Tender description

A contract for the provision of the administrative, technical, and financial services in respect of a Biofuels Obligation Scheme ("BOS"), including and without limitation, (i) to manage, operate and maintain the existing systems and processes that have been put in place for the day-to-day implementation of the provisions for the BOS legislation in a manner that meets the requirements of the BOS legislation and is carefully aligned to and fully integrated with the contracting authority's existing administration; (ii) to administer the BOS for an agreed period of time, including management of the biofuel obligation accounts, providing statements of account to biofuel account holders and product supply traceability audits; (iii) to carry out all of the functions required of the contracting authority to operate the BOS online system or other such system that may be used as an alternative; and (iv) to provide all other services relating to duties and obligations of the contracting authority which might be reasonably identifiable from the legislation.
