The purpose of this document is to describe the Teaching Council’s requirement for the provision of a bulk eMail and SMS management system that is natively built into/integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and that is also capable of being used in a standalone capacity for communications that are sent to contacts outside Dynamics.
