Tender description

To provide outputs to TVCA as set out in the project scope. Key deliverables, as set out in the scope, are:  A high level demand analysis and assessment of wider potential uses of the upgraded station;  Initial feasibility and design work (GRIP Stages 1-3) for the upgraded station. It should be noted that as there is a station already in existence, meaning that the scheme location is essentially fixed, it is anticipated that much of the GRIP 1-3 work will be quicker and more straightforward that, for example, for a new station scheme where multiple sites/options may be under consideration; and  A report which can be used by TVCA to produce the Business Case for the Project in accordance with the Tees Valley Assurance Framework.
