The Riverside Group needs to fully understand how its offices and premises are occupied on a day to day basis. To achieve this we require the services if a suitably experienced organisation to carry out space utilisation survey and provide space utilisation reports. The reports should include a comprehensive record of the observations and include practical recommendations which can then be used to inform the design of the internal and in some cases the external space to provide modern, comfortable, effective and efficient agile working environments.
