Tender description

WWU has invested in SAP S/4 HANA and is partway through build of a new platform. Due to incomplete performance from the original system integrator due to unforeseen reasons including as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, WWU requires a new contractor to urgently complete the build and implementation. The partner must be SAP certified, with S4 Hana experience in a large corporate environment. WWU intend to award a contract to complete the remaining build and integration of SAP S/4 HANA and selected cloud SAP modules. The provider must be: • SAP S4 Hana certified; • certified in SAP Ariba, success factors and concur modules; • experienced in large corporate environments; • mobilise a full-strength team in next 14 days; • provide a fixed cost proposal; • operate a pain/gain contract; • deliver at own risk the build element of the project. The incumbent supplier is no longer working on the project for unforeseen reasons including as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and WWU has an urgent requirement to complete the project to implement operational requirements as part of an impending price control review, and to prevent current project resources being stood down. There is insufficient time to observe the time limits for a process with a prior call for competition in the circumstances.
