EN: Procure Ltd (ENP) is a social housing regeneration consortium based in Northern England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties. ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors for the provision of servicing, testing, installation and refurbishment work on passenger/goods lifts across social housing properties but may also be carried out in other public buildings or premised owned and/or managed by public sector organisations, including but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices. The typical types of lifts covered under this framework will be low and high rise: Passenger lift: hydraulic MRL Passenger lift: traction MRL Traction passenger lifts Hydraulic: passenger lifts Goods lift: hydraulic MRL Goods lift: traction MRL Goods lift: hydraulic Goods lift: traction Service lifts: dumb waiter Service lifts: trolley lift Inclined and vertical platform lifts Step lifts. The servicing and maintenance of passenger/goods lifts, with options for both planned preventative maintenance with call outs and fully comprehensive servicing. The installation, refurbishment or upgrading of passenger/goods lifts (and may include planned preventative maintenance with call outs and fully comprehensive servicing following installation for a prescribed period).
