Tender description
Conwy County Borough Council has awarded the contract for the implementation of a chargeable household garden waste kerbside collection service and transportation of compostable garden waste to authorised facilities. To receive the collection service, Conwy households will pay an annual subscription fee. The full service commencement is planned to start 30 March 2020, although a lead in period of up to 3 months will be required preceding that (for processing of subscription applications, delivery of wheeled bins etc).
