Appointment of an Architect Led Design Team for the delivery of the design of the Food Hub for Innovation (the Hub). The Hub is a 8.5 million GBP construction project to accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the Food and Drink sector in the North East of Scotland. The Hub will be developed on a site at Sunnybrae on the outskirts of Aberdeen. The Architect Led Design Team will be required to provide the following design services: Architect/ Lead Consultant, Landscape Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineer, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) and Services Engineer, Fire Engineer, Acoustic Engineer and Environmental Consultant and Kitchen Design Specialist in relation to the design, construction and fit-out of the Hub.
