Liverpool City Council (the Authority) is seeking expressions of interests from care operators interested in expanding their care home business. This Expression of Interest is seeking interest from potential care operators (the ‘Provider’) of adult care facilities that could take over the provision of care home services at two sites within Liverpool that are due to close. Each of the sites is owned by Liverpool City Council and is presently leased to the service provider to operate as nursing homes for older people.
