Our new vision introduces principles which will ensure we: Provide access to the learning our people need when they need it both through a blended classroom, virtual instructor led and self-directed online learning approach. Focus on the application of learning to work enable our line managers to commit to providing opportunities to their teams to embed their learning in work and role model behaviour change. Facilitate a blend of performance support, formal learning and professional advice and guidance we are now seeking an external faculty of executive coaches and trainers to help us deliver our ambitious vision. This framework will be divided into two lots: Lot 1: Pool of Learning and Development Professionals; Lot 2: Executive Coaches. In Lot 1: We are looking for L&D professionals with experience designing and delivering innovative, engaging and memorable learning that generates behaviour change in the general topic area of management, leadership and personal development. They will demonstrate a real zest for learning themselves and bring modern thinking and techniques to the work they do. We are looking for a pool of executive coaches who are inspirational, caring, challenging and creative to support our board, senior executive team and directors. They will deliver individual and group coaching.
