Tender description

The Adoption Support Fund (ASF) is a governement grant that was set up 4 years ago assist local authorities and regional adoption agencies to pay for essential theraptic services for eligible adoptive and special guardianship order families. The Local authority spot purchase the services from a variety of theraputic providers and reclaim this from the grant. Adoption Matters is one of the larger providers and due to their forecasted spend an exemption order is required A separate exemption order has been raised for the other providers who deliver support under this grant. There are no additional charges to LCC as this is reclaimed from the grant but an exemption is still required for process purposes.
