Tender description

Specialist professional advisory services relating to development and property / facility related conditions for the proposed new HMP Highland in Inverness. Professional services to co-ordinate and discharge matters relating to the planning permissions for HMP Highland in Inverness. The supplier worked with the SPS to undertake actvity relating to the original planning permissions granted in 2017/18. The project was suspended prior to planning conditions being fully addressed. The SPS intends that the supplier would now take forward further work and actions to address specific conditions in the planning consents and to conclude these actions this year. This final additional piece of work is budgeted at approx. 50,000.00 GBP plus VAT
