Project_25889/ itt_35110 - Compartmentation and Replacement Metal Ceiling Works Block W Coleraine Campus The works comprises the following to the existing Block W Coleraine Campus  The University has identified areas within Block W, Coleraine Campus where existing fire compartmentation, including fire doors, have been compromised or has never had compliant fire compartmentation installed.  There are areas of metal suspended ceilings within corridor and laboratory areas of Block W, Coleraine Campus. The University wishes these areas to be replaced with new mineral fibre suspended ceilings. This work will include the following:  Provision of New Fire Compartmentation where required.  Upgrade/reinstatement of existing Fire Compartmentation.  Upgrade existing Fire Doors.  Removal and disposal of existing areas of suspended metal ceilings.  Supply and installation of new 600mmsq mineral fibre suspended ceilings.  Upgrade of existing lighting within new areas of suspended ceilings.  Electrical alterations due to provision of new suspended ceilings.  Mechanical alterations due to provision of new suspended ceilings.  Making Good on any disturbed finishes. All adjacent pedestrian / vehicular access routes will remain operational for the duration of the works. All works to be carried out outside normal working hours (8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday). The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Tenderer shall provide the Works in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements (see Documents 2).
