Proposed development at the building known as The Phoenix Youth and Community Centre, Cathedral Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon consisting of refurbishment and material alteration works including all ancillary works as follows: 1. Conversion of existing squash court to offices at ground floor level and provision of new floor space at first floor level for offices overhead. 2. Provision of roof windows to the southern elevation. 3. Provision of windows to the southern and western elevation of the existing building. 4. The provision of lift shaft and passenger lift with landing area and 2 No. platform lifts. 5. Provision of advertisement sign to the Front elevation of the building. 6. Provision of pedestrian access ramp in the yard to the North western elevation of the building.
