Tender description

The Council has published this VEAT notice as it intends to award a contract to Trapeze Group (UK) Ltd for additionally functionality and support within the existing system used by the Council. An existing contract provides for the license, support and maintenance costs of the existing system. A change of overall system at the current time would have a major impact on Council activity and require costs of change the Council do not have current existing budget to provide for. Additional relevant modules are being considered for future procurement by the Council including capacity to cover additional support days for these and any interactions required with existing functionality. These new modules would be required to work within the existing system, and the supplier does not allow third parties to provide the support required within the system.
