South Holland District Council (SHDC) are looking to appoint the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake drain and sewer clearance services. The works will be for the Councils property portfolio, which comprise of leisure centres, museum buildings, a civic centre, office buildings, industrial units, domestic properties, car parks, public toilets and community centres. The works will be for the Councils property portfolio, which comprises of the following: • leisure centre – swimming pool and gymnasium, • grade 1 listed museum, • a sports field with stadium, • a civic centre incorporating a theatre, cinema and café, • office buildings, • depots, • industrial units, • domestic properties circa 4 000 properties, • car parks, • public toilets, • 14 community centres and 10 guest rooms.
