Roster Design & Implementation Drivers: - Implementation of the new clinical response model - Changes in Unscheduled Care Demand which have resulted in misalignment of current roster with service requirements - Increasing difficulty in allowing staff to finish on time - Reliance on overtime and on call working - Difficulties with dining crews within their rest period windows - Increasing difficulties in releasing staff for protected learning time and development
