Tender description

Translink is seeking to appoint a supplier(s) for the provision of review of property net annual values for Ulsterbus/Metro, NI Railways and NITHC commercial properties. Before embarking on a tender process, Translink wishes to engage with the market place to gather intelligence which will inform the sourcing strategy for this contract and thus, the procurement process. We are seeking to engage with experienced rate revaluation providers, which are capable of fulfilling all the requirements list above and below. Interested suppliers are requested to email their contact details to Rhys Franklin at rhys.franklin@translink.co.uk no later than Thursday 27th August • to review the new NAVs applied to all properties occupied by the Company (including vacant properties where vacant rates are payable); • if deemed high to make an application on behalf of the company to land and property services to appeal the NAV; • negotiate on behalf of the company the NAV that they believe to be fair under the legislation; • if agreement cannot be reached with LPS to make an application to the lands tribunal and represent the company at any such appeals.
