Tender description

Procurement of a number of research agencies to a framework to carry out research with Southern Water customers. N 2018 Southern Water committed to an on-going customer engagement strategy with Ofwat, with a key principle being around partnered working with our research agencies. The aim of the framework is to have a series of partners (research agencies) available to carry out research with our customers, enabling Southern Water to better understand their experiences, priorities, expectations and needs from us as a company. Southern Water are looking to invest time with awarded agencies to share our needs, values, priorities and expectations, which results in an evolving understanding of our on-going requirements through collaboration and efficient working relationships. The customer research services required include but is not limited to: — managing proposals — survey design — fieldwork, analysis — delivery of output back to Southern Water.
