Tender description

Fife Housing Group is inviting tenders to undertake the following services: - Annual Report to be submitted to the Group within 4 weeks of the year end - Annual Plans to be agreed with the Group’s Audit and Risk Sub Committee 4 weeks prior to the start of the year to which they refer - Terms of Reference for each assignment to be discussed and agreed with the Group at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the fieldwork to ensure expectations are clearly defined and delivered. - Draft Report to be submitted to the Group within 2 weeks of the end of the audit. - The management responses to the draft report to be received by the internal auditor within 3 weeks of receipt of the report. - Final Report to be issued to the Group within 2 weeks of receipt of the management response. - Follow-up work to be completed before 31 March each year. The tender will be delivered as a single-stage process where the ESPD is completed at the same time as the Invitation to Tender and relevant appendices (Quality and Price documents) within the single submission. It is noted that the ESPD section requires to be passed before the Price and Quality submissions will be evaluated.
