Tender description

The commission requires the appointment of a professional services team to provide a full range of technical services to secure outline planning permission for the site. \r The disciplines need to include all planning, masterplanning, design and landscape services; technical services (SIs,TAs, EAs); remediation and demolition specialists related to the production of a robust outline planning application, whilst recognising the work which has already been undertaken. The masterplan and outline planning permission secured must be viable, deliverable and policy compliant as the Partners wish to dispose of the land and see it developed for residential led mixed use. \r Whilst securing the Outline Permission is an important part of this work, the commission also requires the professional services team to provide an early understanding of the site's viability, develop a market focussed options appraisal with reports to support this. \r \r https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders
