Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (‘the Authority’) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to the contract for the provision of fire safety/waking watch services. The authority is conducting this procurement through the accelerated open procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The authority are required to comply with the National Fire Chief Council guidelines. The contract will be for an initial term of 1 year subject with options to extend. The contractor shall, but not exclusively: (a) to provide all resources to deliver an overall waking watch service; (b) to carry out continuous monitoring of the sites as set out within this document. At tender we have identified 11 plus sites which may require a level of waking watch service, the sites are a combination of tower blocks and courts ranging from 50 to 120 no flats per site.
