Tender description

The Adoption Support Fund (ASF) is a governement grant that was set up 4 years ago assist local authorities and regional adoption agencies to pay for essential theraptic services for eligible adoptive and special guardianship order families. The Local authority spot purchase the services from a variety of theraputic providers and reclaim this from the grant. Due to the volume of invoices from different providers who all deliver similar services, advice was sought from Procurement as to whether a 1 exemption could be raised and this was agreed. There are no additional charges to LCC but an exemption is still required for process purposes. Attached to this exemption is a list of providers who form part of the exemption approval with post codes noted
