The Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lot are listed in Framework Section 2 and outlined below: - People Source Cloud Service Management (675964509013000) RPA CAPD Support Service - Managed Core Services Rural Payments Agency (RPA) is an executive agency of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural affairs (Defra). It is the single paying agency responsible for Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) schemes in England and certain other schemes throughout the UK. The Service supports the Rural Payments Service (RPS) which is made up of a Land Management System, a Customer Portal and a Policy Engine (SITI Agri). It delivers two key business critical applications - Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) and Countryside Stewardship (CS). Both are politically sensitive due to the payment amounts involved and the large agricultural customer base. For the purposes of the Managed Core Service, the Managed Core Service Recipient is the RPA and the Managed Core Service Provider is Keep IT Simple Limited.
