Appointment of an architect led design team for the delivery of the design of the Food Hub for Innovation (the Hub). The Hub is a GBP 8.5 million construction project to accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the food and drink sector in the North East of Scotland. The Hub is a GBP 8.5 million construction project to accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the food and drink sector in the North East of Scotland. The Hub will be developed on a site at Sunnybrae on the outskirts of Aberdeen. The architect led design team will be required to provide the following design services: architect/lead consultant, landscape architecture, civil/structural engineer, mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) and services engineer, fire engineer, acoustic engineer and environmental consultant and kitchen design specialist in relation to the design, construction and fit-out of the Hub.
