North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are seeking to establish a contract to deliver the personalisation support function and support planning function along with payment and audit function to support the delivery of personal health budget. NWL CCGs are seeking to establish a contract to deliver the personalisation support function and support planning function along with the payment and audit function to support the delivery of Personal health budgets.The organisation must have a proven track record and demonstrate expertise in this field. This contract will be subject to the enclosed terms and conditions, to be awarded for a maximum duration of 4 years, comprising a primary term of 2 years, with the option to extend for further periods providing that the total term of the agreement does not exceed 4 years. It is expected that bidders should be able to deliver all the standards set out in the suite of documents submitted as part of this tender. Please note NHS Hillingdon CCG will not be part of the original set up and implementation and reserve the right to join this contract at a later date. As NWL Collaboration of CCGs is not a legal entity at this time, on award, a contract will be entered into on an individual basis with each CCG, however the commercial schedule will be shared, all KPI reporting will be done on a collaborative basis and the contract performance will be managed as one. These schedules will mirror in all contracts. NHS London Procurement Partnership (hereafter referred to as NHSLPP) will lead and manage the procurement exercise on behalf of the NWL CCGs led by NHS Brent CCG.
