Tender description

Caerphilly Families First, Flying Start and Community Regeneration wish to commission providers to deliver a number of early intervention support services. This prior information notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a number of contracts, arranged in lots for organisations to tender for. They may tender for single or multiple lots. The Council at this stage has not finalised the lotting structure, full details shall be provided within the call for competition – Contract Notice at the time of tender. The services are designed to improve outcomes for children, young people, adults and families by providing a range of interventions. All interventions will be delivered to families locally, support their wellbeing and empower families. This PIN is for the purpose of advising the market of the opportunity only and is not a call for competition. A Contract Notice shall be issued to inform the market when the opportunity is live. Applications shall be welcome from consortiums who will work together to deliver the projects across the borough of Caerphilly CBC. This tender process shall be undertaken in line with EU Regulations, under Schedule 3 Services - Light Tough Regime.
