Repair and maintenance services of firefighting equipment

Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) Housing Property intends to create a framework agreement with suppliers who can deliver the repair, maintenance and installation of fire Safety and security related equipment and services across all the Council assets. This includes, but is not limited to, domestic properties, high-rise blocks and Sheltered Housing Complexes. Predominantly the work will be carried out in traditional and non-traditional Low and High Rise Domestic Properties, although there may be a need to carry out works in mixed tenure and commercial properties/building, Corporate properties such as schools and offices, as the need arises. The City of Edinburgh Council are seeking to understand the market and the interest in this opportunity. This requirement may be split into lots, the structure of which has still to be decided.
