Refurbishment of Nursing and Paramedic Skillspace at Block MG Magee

Tender description

The works comprise the following to the existing Magee block MG building  the refurbishment and remodelling of areas internally within block MG level 2 to create a Nursing and Paramedics Skills Space. This includes the following:  Refurbishment of areas internally  Forming structural openings  Making good walls and floors  Suspended ceiling system  Internal door  Removal and replacement of existing floor finishes  Painting and decoration  Installation of furniture, fittings and equipment  Electrical and mechanical installation and modifications All adjacent pedestrian / vehicular access routes will remain operational for the duration of the works. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Tenderer shall provide the Works in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements (see Documents 2).
