Westmeath County Council is seeking suitably, qualified, competent, experienced Engineering Consultants carry out Principal Inspection Reports for a number of bridges at various locations in Westmeath. The Consulting Engineer shall also be appointed as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)
